Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Personalised Products

Due to the customised nature of our products, personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Personalised Products

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Unboxing Requirement: To help us resolve any issues quickly, we kindly request that you record a continuous video while unboxing your package, starting before the shipping box is opened and continuing until all contents are fully visible. Claims for missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective items may require this unboxing video as proof. Unfortunately, we may not be able to process such claims without a clear, unedited unboxing video.
